Thank you for considering Fanciful Celebrations to create your unforgettable event! We specialize in bespoke, boutique experiences and have very limited availability, ensuring personalized attention for each celebration.

To begin planning, please contact us at 425-595-7693 or Stacey@fancifulcelebrations.com and provide:

• Your Luxury Service: The theme or style you wish to create, e.g., Boho Teepee Sleepover, Customized Teepee Sleepover, Boho Picnic, or Outdoor Bell Tent Experience.

• Preferred Date: Your ideal event date.

• Arrival Time: Estimated setup windows (approx. 30 minutes per teepee; 2 hours for 5 teepees).

• Event Details: Location, guest count, theme ideas, and any special requests to ensure flawless execution.

Once we review your details, we will confirm availability and send a personalized quote. After acceptance, an official invoice with a secure payment link will be provided. A deposit is required to reserve your date. Until the deposit is received, your event is not reserved. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your celebration.

Deposits are refundable only after all rental items are returned in their original, undamaged condition. Deposits are non-transferable if the event is canceled. All items are rentals only, and pricing may vary with add-ons.
