Instructions for Booking Your Event

  1. Choose Your Luxury Service
    Select the service you’d like for your event. Because of how our booking system is set up, all services are shown in a long list—just scroll through to find your favorite!
     

  2. Select Your Preferred Date
    If your desired date is unavailable, email us at Stacey@fancifulcelebrations.com. We may still be able to accommodate your preferred date.
     

  3. Select Your Arrival Time
    For Teepee Parties, the time slots provided are our estimated arrival times for set-up. Please allow 30 minutes per teepee for setup (typically 2 hours for 5 teepees) to ensure the highest quality experience. Keep this in mind when scheduling your arrival.
     

    ⚠️ Please Note: We stack Teepee Parties, which means multiple parties may be scheduled on the same day. While we do our best to accommodate your requested arrival time, we reserve the right to adjust times to provide efficient and prompt delivery for all parties.
     

  4. Complete the Booking Form
    Fill out the form as thoroughly as possible. Providing detailed information helps us plan and execute your event flawlessly.
     

  5. Submit Your Deposit
    A deposit is required to hold your preferred date. Until the deposit is received, your date is not secured.

    • We will confirm your booking via email and collect additional details about time, location, food & beverage, enhancements, and any other requests.

    • Ten days prior to your event, we will send the final invoice and require payment in full.
       

Important Information

  • Deposits:
    All events require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit serves as a bond and will be returned once all rental items are confirmed to be in their original, undamaged condition. Deposits will be retained if the customer cancels the event. Deposits are non-transferable to other services.

  • Pricing:
    Pricing is an estimate and may not include additional fees or items. All items are rental only and not for sale.

  • Terms & Conditions:

 All services require a fully refundable deposit and are necessary at the time of booking to hold your event date. This Deposit also serves as a bond and will be returned to you once we have confirmed that all rental items are still in their original, undamaged condition. Until the initial payment is made, the time slot is available for anyone to book. Deposits will be retained for a cancelation of the event by the customer. Deposits are non-transferable to other services. An invoice will be sent 14 days prior to the event and payment in full is required 10 days prior to the event.
