For birthday glamping sleepovers, our Bell Tent transforms into a dreamy overnight hideaway for 6 to 10 guests. Perfect for kids, tweens, teens, or even adults, this celebration under the stars includes twin airbeds with cozy bedding, themed décor, rugs, lanterns, twinkling string lights inside and out, and the option to add extra magical touches like balloon garlands, s’mores kits, and luxury picnic setups. It’s a night of laughter, fun, and glowing memories your guests will never forget.
For weddings and elopements, imagine saying “I do” surrounded by nature’s beauty, with a beautifully styled bell tent as the heart of your celebration. Our spacious 5M Bell Tent creates a cozy, elegant setting complete with plush cushions, soft rugs, flickering candles, string lights, and personalized décor. Tent Space Guidelines
We offer three spacious Bell Tent options. To ensure a safe and comfortable setup, please make sure there’s enough room for the tent itself and the tie-down area:
4M Bell Tent
Sleeps up to 4
Interior size: 13 feet in diameter
Total space needed: 20 feet in diameter (including tie-downs)
5M Bell Tent
Sleeps up to 6
Interior size: 16 feet in diameter
Total space needed: 24 feet in diameter (including tie-downs)
6M Bell Tent
Sleeps up to 10
Interior size: 20 feet in diameter
Total space needed: 30 feet in diameter (including tie-downs)
Setup Options
Our tents can be set up on a variety of surfaces, including both soft ground (like grass or sand) and hard surfaces (such as decks or concrete).

For just $650, up to 6 guests can enjoy a 24-hour outdoor escape, with the option to add up to 4 more guests for just $50 each—bringing the total to 10 guests max. Please note: our larger 6M Bell Tent is used for groups over 6 to ensure plenty of space and comfort for everyone.
Choose from any of our dreamy Teepee Sleepover Party themes, or let us create a custom theme just for the birthday star—designed around their favorite colors, characters, or unique style!

Important Tent Rental Information
Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with our Bell Tent rentals:

Rental Period: Each rental is for a 24-hour period. Additional days can be added for $450 per day,

Availability: Tents are available from June through mid-September only.

Weather Conditions: Tents are only rented on dry days. We do not set up in wet or rainy conditions.

Fire Safety: No open flames are allowed near or inside the tent.

Lighting: We provide soft lighting and battery-powered candles—no additional lighting is necessary.

Footwear: Please leave all shoes outside the tent in the provided shoe tray.

Setup Area: The ground must be clean and dry—no wet spots or animal droppings, please.

Prohibited Items: Glow sticks are not allowed inside the tent, as they can cause staining and damage.

Security Deposit: Your deposit is fully refundable as long as the tent and furnishings are returned in their original condition. A cleaning fee may be deducted if excessive cleaning is needed.
